I think I read it exactly the way goldduck read it, viz: probably very weak gold content in the actual drill interval, but they think they've hit continuity of a rock structure (St Patricks lode) that has been gold-bearing elsewhere. They leave the implication hovering that there might be lead and zinc in the sample which would be a positive indicator of good gold values elsewhere in the structure.
I guess I clarified that, hey? lol
