    "sp goes up and down is normal course. If you look at charts you can see that it is OVERBOUGHT. Also the fact is big guys exercise options = 3c + free new opies, they need to pump up and sell for >double profit and keep free new opies. "

    I am saying that you know this and ramp the stock as you see fit depending on your position.
