The comments below are from an earlier thread on this forum which I posted several weeks ago
After the announcement yesterday, I thought it would be a good idea to go back and review what the CEO and C/MAN of Lynas had said at the AGM on November 29th 2013 in regards to name plate capacity
NICK (C/MAN)
"The plant is on track for target production by the end of the year"
"We believe the achievement of our target production is imminent"
ERIC (CEO)
"Lynas expects to produce at the 11 KTPA REO rate for the first calender quarter of 2014"
"Based on current customer agreements and negotiations, Lynas expects to sell it annual PHASE 1 production"
I assume from this information and that of yesterdays - Lynas will achieve production of 2750 tons of rare earth product by March 2014

How can responsible board members state the above
How can one person on board sell shares after stating above
