Good to hear you are ok mate was a bit worried.it sounds like you need to get back to basics leave the market for a while go out and enjoy the little things in life.Go to the beach and watch the sunset until you find peace with yourself you will find it will affect your investment and also life decisions.I know where you are coming from I have also had some dark times in the markets just thinking to yourself what am I doing lucky I am a very happy social person with great friends and family and have a can't knock me down attitude.Get out of the house and try something different a hobbie go on a date just something different.best wishes
