"The ACCC categorically states in its guidelines that your displayed prices should be GST-inclusive. As we noted above there are no provisions in the various GST Acts which prescribe how businesses should display or advertise their prices. The requirement that prices be displayed on a GST-inclusive basis rests solely on the ACCC's interpretation of the effect of sections 52 and 53 of the Trade Practices Act"
