i have signed already too tophat.
if there is value in IBR, which i believe there is, then it will be revealed in TMR anyway. As long as TMR is not a dud then we will see a good price appreciation as targets are met.
It sounds like people are looking for a good stag profit in the merger. perhaps this is a plan to sell out and move on.
Also TMR share price will likely run once this is over and done with.
