I must be missing something as I thought it was only GCN shareholders on the regisiter as at 21 October 2011 who are entiled to the P1 share allocation ?
On what basis is the SP currently rising if people buying in now are not entitled to these free P1 shares ?
Will GCN become the controlling shareholder of P1 ? If so, I guess thats where the inherent value is.
