    Cash accumulation rate and actual cash levels. These will reflect not only the companies strength now but will show how strong the company will be next year when capex drops further and margins and cash accumulation increases by about 10 million a quarter above current rate.
    I will be happy with a 20-23 million balance , very happy with 24-27 and fall off my chair If it is higher
