- if I was a potential competitor (eg BHP, RIO), I'd be happy if shareholders were saying 'No'. Means if the offer falls through, SP crashes and an alternative bid would potentially be less than the current price! So if you want alternative bidders to enter the race, vote 'Yes'. Say 'No', and we may be waiting another 2 years+. Where may FMS's SP be then?
