This talk of in ground value....you can value it at whatever you like....until someone comes along and digs it up it has no value...only instrinc value.
I agree at the moment its going for a song...but I don't see anyone else wanting to take on the risk, if you think its worth more put your money where you mouth is and pay 40c or 50c, I'll gladly sell you my shares but at this point in time there is only ONE offer out there...
If all the knockers think you can raise $10B + for infrastructure, deal with the govts, CREATE a rail network or try to work a deal with RIO, BHP or FMG for access to their networks......GO for it....there are 2 worlds out there reality and fantasy.....
