I think with our entries @ around the 1.50s and distributions held @ 20c - 30c with a yield of 15% odd - why on earth would you sell?
Maybe when the yield drops dramatically because the sp is $5 + ... good problem to have - but Im hoping to get good capital upside, keep the yield ongoing, and then use the created wealth as leverage if needed for other opportunities.
When we got in so good, what's the hurry to get out? Let the yields flow!
