Just finished reading Goldman’s valuation, too long to type it but they have a target on GPT at $2.85 (12/8/08)!!! Today’s 5 out of 8 ASX100 top movers are all property stocks (not including GPT). MGR has been performing extremely well. MGR is expecting to pay 20 cent divvy and their sp is $3.12, GPT is expecting to pay 20 cent divvy and their sp is $1.80. Fundamentally both companies have similar opportunities and threat, except that GPT have slightly higher debt. I know which one I prefer to buy
I would expect GPT to catch up to MGR sp very soon.
