NW M12. Jim I think we both got the same report, in Australia I think Goldman and JB merged a while back. Also 12 month target price excludes the 20 cent dividends we might get :p
Won’t have nasty surprises like BNB as a 24-27% profit downgrade have already been announced just a month ago and the close out period have started. I’ll be very disgusted if they did announce a downgrade before the 27th August, but I think a 5-10% write down in property value in on the cards, which should have been expected base on its current SP, anymore then that and I’ll bail, but if less than 5% write down then we could see a very nice bounce.
