I like the way on how they change their constitution on the DRP price base on 10 days after record day. I think they too are expecting an IR cut and possibly some very good announcements from GPT to come within that 10 day period that may put the SP even higher.
Market conditions are recovering and major shareholders could be accumulating to prevent dilution and underwriters/holders having a cheap DRP.
The gap b/w MGR and GPT should be a lot closer. GL all, should be trading well above its current sp imo, base on a NTA of $3.68.
