I’m happy with today’s performance. It’ll take time to get investor’s confidence back. Difference b/w NTA and SP is still a very long way off. Expression of interest for their hotel is expected to be due very soon, expect GPT to milk it for all its worth during the 10 day DRP trading period.
Hurricane Gustav has been downgraded to category 1, and has missed the oil field, so expect Dow to be strong tonight, and this should be reflected tomorrow given that the ASX is actually down.
My target is $2.35 short term. Excessive super should be all over this imo.
