Yep, same thing happened a few weeks ago when it hit 1.50 and then days later hit 2.27. Seriously ppl, where are the long term holders :p
The only thing that has changed in those few weeks is that there soon is going to be an extra 900b in equity hitting in the US market, which is good for equity.
IR cut of .5 will make IR 6.5%, GPT will be yielding over 12%.
