my view: LPT sector needs recapitalising, like any bombed out sector. specifically, asset values are declining at a time of continued risk aversion. GPT and GMG have high gearing & are also relatively large trusts. FKP certainly does need capital, or an acquirer, as its maturity profile is terrible.
