LOOK has major problems.

anyone can hold a stock without reference to a chart IF...the company is improving its fundamentals

LOOK is losing traction on EVERY fundamental

It is burning more and more cash

It has lower revenues

It has higher TAC

It has higher operating expenses

It has less clicks

It has less partners

It has higher nad higher losses

And on and on and on.

LOOK has another major problem in this SBLC covenant.

If that is breached.....LOOK is technically insolvent.

LOOK is in grave danger now of completely collapsing.

It is testing lower lows every day and volume is increasing on down days.

I have magnified these inherent risks for LOOK for quite some time and the flawed business model.

Nothing i am seeing from LOOK has changed my mind.
