Sammyall - How would they acquire a controlling interest in it by buying on-market? As they start to buy the shares the SP would go up...sellers would keep raising their price...it would fly past $2 after CSL etc started purchasing anything more than a couple of hundred thousand shares (it wouldnt even take that much my guess), the only other way to do it is approach the largest shareholders and or management, they wouldnt sell out unless it was a massive deal.
