The Board of Directors made a call to raise funds to complete the Phase 3 trial. IMO that was in the best interests of the shareholders. Do not forget Paul Rennie has more skin in the game than any of us.? so he also has had a significant dent in his investment. Did he have interest from a big Pharma? who knows! a share price reduction is a small pain in reality. We could have stayed at $2.00 + but then have no funds to progress to the phase 3. Those of you that continue to complain need to seriously reconsider the poor investment that they believe they have made, after all they made that decision to invest in this company.
