Unfortunately, not much IGR shareholders can do other than vote against out of protest (vote will still pass) and write official complaints to ASIC to investigate director trading activity.

Deal is a good move by SLR management and probably best thing for IGR long term.

CC and IGR team are explorers not producers. SLR should advance the projects to the next stage.

I am a disappointed IGR holder (though still very profitable). Question now is to do the homework on SLR and combined value.

Very unlikely another bidder will come into the play. No other logical buyer - although combined entity may become attractive for a NCM.
