I think AIZ is undervalued and I am happy to accumulate at this...

    I think AIZ is undervalued and I am happy to accumulate at this price.

    Fundamentally:
    - balance sheet has been optimised
    - on-market buying from management with significant amount
    - NZ boarder to be opened soon

    Technically:
    - RSI diviation
    - almost reach 2020 low, which is appx 50c
    - 1.2 Billion raised at 0.49AUD, which will provide a solid support

    I believe a re-rate could happen at any time, so I have started buying since circa 0.61.
