Well said minimoke. I see AIZ doing another capital raise within the next 2 years as their cash burn is currently horrendous. They will run out, increased finance costs will bite and with rising energy costs are going to struggle to make profits for the next 3 years. AIZ also had to pay back PAYE tax which they did not pay for a while and there are a lot of flights they have to honour with no cash coming in. (pre-paid). AIZ will keep sliding to the low 40's or even lower is my pick. I went short at 90 cents post rights issue madness, and will continue to hold for a while longer.
