I will vote NO

This is IMHO personal views.

I will be voting NO to all of the resolutions at the AGM.
Particularly Res 4 re change to Constitution.

Example: Look at clause re "Variation of Class Rights"
Subject to Corps Act, if 75% of s/h in that class vote to change the rights of ord shares, for whatever reason, then all s/h's rights are changed.

FMS is in an invidious position, because the 2 top s/h hold over 75% of the shares.
So those two can do as they wish.

That position is even worse now, because OCJ is now part of that Board, and presumably is in favour of board recommendations.

OCJ is now in a totally different position to other non-Todd s/h, because they are now in a privileged position, re information, and ability to raise issues, questions, directions etc.
We simply do not know their objectives.

There will be many such issues like this.

Why did FMS not compare the new changes to old Const provisions for us?

Also, all res will get thru now, because presumably OCJ will vote with Board now??

So Spill issues are waste of time, because Todd and OCJ can vote.
