A conversation I had with Steve Foreman before he moved on was exactly that about airlines not interested in some technique or process unless it had all the necessary approvals. SF said airlines receive many approaches from hopefuls on some device or gadget they had developed but of course not until they were supported by a certificate were they interested . And he advised this has been exactly the case with the CVM technology.
