No not making this up. I also got a call from Computershare (lady, with an Indian accent) asking whether I intended to vote and asking if I had read all of the material. I advised her that I had already voted. She asked who I voted for but I told her that I was not going to give her this information..
I have verified that she was calling from Computershare, but found it very strange and have never received such a call previously for any other companies I hold. The phone number was (03) 9415 5000.
I may follow up with Computershare to establish why they are involved and by whose authority.
