Both Sam and Bryant both were centred at 29 The Avenue Nedlands. Sam moved out and took Lydia Fee with him as an employee.
Bryant ended up getting Sam on as PAA secretary just before a cap raise that changed the shareholders structure immediately before an EGM to remove Bryant.
Sam also came onto SMS at exactly the same time as Mac Equity took over the company.
Now Bryant was also at HZR and amazingly so was Terry Walsh our head of legal and corporate affairs who by his job description must be responsible for threatening to sue the major shareholder as well as kicking another EGM to remove Bryant Mclarty down the road.
Terry is also a former director of sms.
Terry is also a director of nc6 which mac equity was the lead manager of the listing.
Terry was also an exclusive consultant for mac equity.
but you are correct..... this current board is all shiney and new. Bryants first time around. He lasted what, 8 months before there was a call for an EGM to get rid of him..... That's a great start isn't it?
