Wouldn't damn anyone to hell, but if someone in JBW acted illegally, they should cop some punishment. If they acted unethically (which is probably more the case), then there is little anyone can do - however it will follow them around in their future business dealings. so keep this in mind when you next invest.
BTW, ppl will say move on, etc. and that's probably right - put it to one side and get on with things, but never forget the lesson (and the organization and/or ppl involved), because sooner or later that info might come in handy...
