A couple of years back PDN took over SMM in QLD for $1 bill (script) .. I bet JB wishes he kept his powder dry and gobbled up EXT instead .. not far from LH and he can at least mine the stuff, which Captain Bligh won't let him do in QLD.
As a L/T holder of both PDN and EXT (and DYL, BMN etc etc), I wish that had been the scenario ... oh well ...
