FML have $7.5m cash left.

Had $10m, allocated $2.5m for their stake to get to production.

Now I've read, CBR want $20 million for their half share and will take a 3-5% stake(between 2.5m-4.5m),so expect to walk away from deal with roughly $15 mill to help their coffers.

So FML will have to come up with roughly $20-25mill to pay CBR out and ensure they have sufficient cash reserves as they enter into production,which will probably involve a cash raising and further issue of shares.

S.P. spiked to 7.9c after announcement that FML were in negotiations to aqquire full ownership but was sold down late last week and early this week.

Trading bands have been very tight between 6.5 and 6.9c over the last few days with good support building at 6.5c.

I would not be suprised to see it spike and see it trading just over 7c, when announcement comes out they have managed raising.

I would think raising would be somewhere around the discounted 6.5c mark.

I would hope it's no lower.
