So the rest of the country pays the price due to a bunch of morons who don't give a damn...or can't read!
I heard that in Victoria they advertised the "wash the handys" thing in 52 different languages...as well as 22 in print. They are now considering distributing pictures for the illiterate people in the state who can't read or write or understand one of the 52 languages already covered.
