I know the below articles from today's online Bull are mostly about Bank shares and are relevant to a lot more stocks than PDN but I remembered Nightstalker's vindictive so post it here.

Shorting is legal but wrongly so imho. In practical terms (forget all this theory stuff) it is used to manipulate stop losses!
At this price surely PDN must be in play?
