Dividends will need to be $4 per share to cover Home Loan repayments.
Whereas the $10 per share tomorrow will easily cover the deposit, and leave some spare for re-investing elsewhere. Repayments no issue with household income.
So in my personal situation, it would fast-track an owner-occupier residence by a year, have a happy wife who's worked her derriere off for 11 years and studied for 20 years, and be closer to my parents for support in their twilight years. Win win win.
