I'm pretty certain the majority of volume traded week on week in suda comes from very few participants Ninja. There is only a handful of parties active inside the registry. Throw in the odd trade from us Hot Copper hopefuls and you probably have all trades covered. Until a deal happens this won't change either so yes you can interpret volume movements any way you wish but keep the above in mind.
