Babcock & Brown (large investment bank) have taken a 6% slice and futuris are using this vehicle for their property interests through Caversham properties, also a major shareholder.
9-10% franked dividend return and in the shell of the former AOL with plenty of tax losses to utilise.
Not very liquid and probably for the patient trader but futuris have indicated an interest previously to float off their property holdings in some form and APZ have just taken control of their woolsheds in WA. Caversham properties (FCL) MD peter Hall is a director and major shareholder of APZ.
