    if Uncle Albers is casting his beady over ROC now that it has very substantial assets that could take the place of the dissappointments of P & A holes that have dogged OXX over the last 2 years, with his uncanny negotiating skills and ROC's assets any combined eninity could be a force in the industry, only stumbling block is at what price and how to finance!
