Have the directors of Senetas in notifying the ASX on the 8th november( asking for suspension) re" certain overseas Regulatory Issues:" and on the 15th November changing it to " Further terms of the capital raising transaction", have deceived the ASX and we the shareholders as to the true negotions taking place - and if so could this be construed as a criminal offence by the directors ?
