I wonder when Jack is going to let his share holders know that as of Nov 08 Mr Chisholm's pay packet has been halved and mr Dunlop gets zilch, because that is what Jack said at the last AGM when he was questioned on the officer options, which by the way IMO was a condition placed by IFC for JT to get IFC votes.I don't believe that he had any intention of telling any one about the pay cuts until questioned. I am truly puzzled with this,why wouldnt he want to tell his shareholders?
Also when is he going to notify his share holders that P Sims (CFO) resigned from his position some 4-5 weeks ago. I know that under the rules he dosen't have to, but concidering that he notified us share holders by making a special ANN on the ASX when he employed him, don't you think that we deserve the courtesy of being notified that he quit?( and trust me, he wasn't sacked).
As usual JT will only let us know what he wants to let us know.
