    "CTO should have a monthly newsletter to it's shareholders at least until such time as it is delivering on most of it's previous commitments."

    They used to (up to 18 months to 2 years ago). I really think they don't have enough to say to warrant a Newsletter ... just HONEST ASX releases would do.
