I don't imagine any steps will be taken other than what storage they have there already untill they have an indication of requirements. They may even have the storage on one site further out in time.
The same would apply with any offtake agreements .
Common sense would say they will be well aware of the issues and will act accordingly.
The nearest pipeline is 17 Miles/ Km's away at Rubelsanto and I'm not sure if the oil is compatible. I can't see a pipeline for many years if at all and would largely depend on how far the refinery or ports are from the field and if one of the pipelines at Rubelsanto could be freed up if the oil wasn't compatible.(i believe there are two but not sure)
Give them a call for more accurate info.
