anyone wanting to make a bid could have bought a blocking stake for less than $1.13 in the days following agm's acceptance. there was 40-60mil on offer in the market in the days following the ann.
bit late for a bid now with the data room shut. just because some believe its worth squillions doesn't mean other companies will buy without dd.
