The problems we (aussies) have in Bali are problems of our own doing IMO. What does it mean to be an aussie partygoer? For guys, drink copious amounts of alcohol, talk like a bad mouthed sailor, try to pick up chicks and fight at the drop of a hat. For girls, drink to you pass out, wear as little clothes as possible to show off the "goods" and just generally act in an un ladylike manner.
Why do most young people go to Bali? To party on the cheap.
Sorry to say it but we have created a market for our own behavioural standards. Dont blame the Balinese or Indonesians.
