We don't find 1000's of drunken balinese morons visiting australia each year because they make third world wages and can't afford to buy a sandwhich once they arrive here. So all the drunken balinese morons have to stay at home and cause trouble, or take up illegal poaching or logging in Irian Jaya so they can buy a mo-ped to hire out to stupid tourists.
