Having dealings myself and knowing friends that have had dealings with this company I would never consider investing any sum of money with them.

Their customer service is shocking, if you need to call them for customer support, accounts or technical help you will either be disconnected or have to wait for ages, only get an Indian through VOIP with a connection that is nearly un-detectable to the human ear who will tell you they will call you back (never gotten a call back yet).

If you call sales on the other hand the line is surprisingly clear, funny that.

If you email technical support you MAY receive an email a few days or weeks after the fact.

I would never recommend this company to anybody let alone risk my capital with their obviously failing business plan.
