Beacon do actually have some reasonably priced items, but let's be real for the most part it's a rather expensive almost designer store. Harvey Norman is a total shithole this is doing it tough because Jb Hi-Fi exist and old mate Harvey is total dropkick and Nick Scali is literally a designer store. Not exactly AfterPay stores....especially when Harvey Norman will NEVER have AfterPay.


Ok so he gets to the end and basically says "Hey we're all doomed, recession is imminent and the housing bubble is bursting, invest in the banks!"

Say what now? CBA is at the same SP now as it was 3 years ago, so this guy thinks it's current SP which has dropped 13% this year already has a recession priced in? Even though the last recession saw a reduction of over 50% in less then 12 months.....
