Thanks finicky I knew something weird was going on, there was never any liquidity issue, the failure of the directors to disclose critical clauses to shareholders who had to vote to approve the CN issue leave me gobsmacked.I had read through the documentation to see if I could find any wildcards. I'm never one for crying over spilt milk, but others will be ringing their lawyers.

Actually I'm with the mother and son team on this one! Its going to be an interesting battle and bidding war. There is an outside chance existing shareholders may even come out better off, if they can get rid of the bozzos currently in charge.
