Looks like many of the municipalities are unhappy with the status quo and calling for return of older arrangements where they had more control and more democracy.
They dont sound too happy with how the communist IA party are handling things to me??

Complains about a lack of local democracy, complaints about pre-allocation of municipal funds to the main cities in the municipalities, complaints about a lack of influence on how citizen services should be and complaints about a lack of opportunity to decide for themselves how their own city and the surrounding settlements should be developed.
