Do not dismiss the possibility that IA has been played by the Chinese,
China is getting desperate in its efforts to preserve their RE Monopoly. Influencing an election by sponsoring a few candidates is a well established strategy. By having Shengie as a Major share holder you already have the enemy entrenched in your camp !
