The key demographic is certainly the 10,000 government workers, who usually vote left (at least in the US - and probably globally, IMO).
The low grade of the radioactive elements, and the extremely low risk of any contamination needs to be stressed, loudly and often to the people, via all means possible! The people also need to realize the benefits both to the environment and the people, and that the mine will initiate a new, "golden age" in Greenland. The anti-mine sentiment has to be turned to hope for the future.
