We all are awaiting the signing and unveiling of the terms of the Iudustrialization Agreement with sanofi.
Once this is in place i am sure UNI will gain much more attention from serious investors.
According to many releases from the Co and as summarised in the recent research report from Crystal, UNi is expected to receive as much as AUD23.6million for developing the industrialization of the prefilled syringe.
This brings me to the whatif? What if the deal was a lot sweeter, and the amount UNI would receive was somewhere around 90 to 100 million?
What would this say about how serious sanofi is? What message would this send out to the pharma world? What would the SP do?
I think the signing and unveiling of this IA in Feb will put UNI in a whole new ball game..even at the terms expected. If the terms are much better, hang on for the ride.
The more i think about it,with sanofi entering into an exclusive agreement to buy all their prefilled syringes from UNI, and to pay for the development of them, we cant lose as shareheolders can we?
Oh yeah, and dont forget the clynical range? This is the product that sent the SP to $3 when it was first unveiled 5 years ago. It will add a lot of revenues also. Remember the geneva award? The product that will deliver the most benefit to the humanity and that also with the most commercialability??? We hadnt even thought of a prefilled back then.
The only risk i can see, is a takeover and we dont get to participate in the huge gains these products will deliver. I have heard that the company wouldnt accept anything less than about $2, but i want to be able to hold until $10 at least.
I have held for 5 years now, and am happy to continue to do so.
